Your questions answered:

How much notice do you need?  The more time we have the better, usually we would like to know about your journey two working days in advance

I travel in a wheelchair – can you help?  Yes, we have a specially adapted car which will take a wheelchair or an electric scooter.

Can someone come with me?
  Yes, we are always pleased if a relative, friend or carer travels with you

Will someone help me find the right location for my appointment?  Our volunteer drivers will always help find the correct place and stay with you if you wish.

How much will the service cost me?  We strive to keep costs to a minimum. We ask that you make a donation based on the number of miles in your journey - we will discuss this with you when you make a booking.

Can I use my travel tokens?  Yes, we are happy to take current tokens in whole or part payment.

  We will ask you for your

  • name,

  • address

  • telephone number

  • the date, time and location of your appointment.

We will ask you to ring back the day before you are travelling to find out the name of your driver so that you know whom to expect.
